Sabrina Chiasson

Sabrina Chiasson McLaughry is a Partner at Polaris Growth Fund in Boston, Massachusetts, where she focuses on originating and executing growth-stage software investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, she served as a Vice President in the private equity practice at Battery Ventures and worked as an associate at HIG Growth Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology and economics from Dartmouth College, where she was a member of the alpine ski team. In her current capacity, she provides board-level governance for five portfolio companies, including Avolve Software, B2Gnow, LCvista, Martin and Company, and TransACT Communications. Her previous board experience includes directing investments in Emergency Reporting, which was acquired by a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, and her broader career centers on multi-stage technology investments across the cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and consumer sectors.
