Previously, Scherer spent eight years in sales and marketing at J.P. Morgan Investment Management across their Frankfurt, London, and New York offices, followed by two years at Allianz Asset Management. She became a certified Systemic Business Coach in 2014, enhancing her ability to support portfolio companies alongside notable colleagues like Berthold von Freyberg and Tim Stracke. Since joining Target Partners in 2016, her primary focus centers on advising venture-backed technology startups on strategic talent management, executive team building, and organizational development.
