Ryan Van Dyk

Ryan Van Dyk is a Partner at Everywhere VC based in San Francisco, California, where he focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments in enterprise software and artificial intelligence. Before assuming his current partnership role in 2022, he served as a Venture Partner at the firm and held early operational positions at Y Combinator-backed companies including Product Hunt and Cruise. He has backed more than 20 startups to date, with a portfolio featuring notable developer tools and enterprise platforms such as Retool, Supabase, and Replit. In addition to leading Replit's seed funding round in March 2025, he recently joined the advisory board of the frontend developer platform Vercel. Leveraging his computer science education from Stanford University, Van Dyk concentrates his current investment strategy on technical founders building early-stage developer tools, machine learning applications, and climate technology.
