Ryan Springer

Ryan Springer is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Midnight Venture Partners, a consumer-focused venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2021 alongside Chris Aydam and Alex Bodney, the firm writes check sizes ranging from $100,000 to $5 million for seed and Series A startups in the consumer packaged goods sector. Prior to his venture capital career, Springer managed retail strategy and execution at The Touch Agency, where he drove revenue growth for more than 20 fast-growing consumer packaged goods brands. The Texas A&M University alumnus also operates as an entrepreneur, having launched High Desert Cactus Vodka in 2022, and serves as a founding member of the Texas Venture Alliance. Following recent investments in companies like Humanaut Health, Springer maintains his primary focus on scaling direct-to-consumer brands, retail technologies, marketing analytics, and logistics platforms.
