Ryan Phua is a Partner at Dragonfly Capital Partners based in Singapore, where he specializes in early-stage technology and blockchain investments. Operating within the firm's liquid strategies division, he targets Seed, Series A, and Series B funding rounds, deploying capital with check sizes ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. Prior to his current position, Phua developed his background in institutional finance through professional roles at GoldenTree Asset Management and the sovereign wealth fund GIC. He previously served as the Co-Founder of the 3TwentyOne Investment Club and completed his higher education in the United Kingdom. Phua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics alongside an economics degree from the University of Warwick. His current investment focus remains concentrated on advancing Web3 infrastructure, decentralized finance protocols, and enterprise software platforms.
