Ryan Larcom

Ryan Larcom is the Managing Director at Alloy Partners, based in Indianapolis, United States. In this position, he leads venture building teams that have co-created 19 startups alongside corporate executives since 2021. Previously, he was an early employee at the venture studio High Alpha, where he co-designed an operational playbook utilized to launch more than 50 companies over an eight-year period. His earlier career includes strategy, product design, and innovation roles at Honda, Cummins, and Allegion, following his completion of master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering and industrial design from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, he serves on the advisory board for Sinapis and was recognized as an Indianapolis Business Journal "Forty under 40" honoree. Larcom currently focuses on applying consultative design processes to build new ventures and develop sustainable business models for corporate partners.
