Ryan Kruizenga

Ryan Kruizenga is the Co-Managing Partner at Arthur Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this executive role, he focuses on growth-stage B2B software companies located outside of Silicon Valley, helping oversee a recently raised $470 million investment fund alongside his firm's other partners. Before joining Arthur Ventures in 2016, he spent nearly three years as a Vice President at Mainsail Partners and worked as a technology investor at Summit Partners. His earlier professional background includes technology investment banking at Piper Jaffray, founding an independent software startup, and earning an entrepreneurship degree from the University of St. Thomas. Throughout his career, he has successfully sourced or led technology investments totaling nearly $300 million. Kruizenga currently concentrates on scaling regional B2B software enterprises by prioritizing sustainable customer value over traditional capital consumption models.
