Ryan Isono

Ryan Isono is a Managing Director at Maverick Ventures based in San Francisco, California. Before joining Maverick, he spent several years at Felicis Ventures, progressing from Senior Associate to Partner between 2020 and 2023 while sourcing investments in companies like Stream and Edia. His earlier financial career includes roles as a Senior Associate at Correlation Ventures from 2019 to 2020 and an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from 2015 to 2016, following his graduation from Harvard University. Throughout his venture capital tenure, Isono has invested in eight startups, including Casium, PermitFlow, and Topkey, and served as a board observer for enterprise software companies such as Ethena and n8n.io. He currently focuses on early-stage through Series B investments across the healthcare, cybersecurity, generative artificial intelligence, and deep technology sectors in the United States and India.
