Ryan Henry

Ryan Henry is a Partner at Sand Hill North, a micro-cap venture capital firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to his current role, he spent over a decade scaling engineering and product organizations at technology startups such as FreshBooks and Wisely. During his career, he developed financial technology, SaaS, and artificial intelligence products, while also building mobile games and augmented reality experiences for major corporate brands including Disney, Mattel, and McDonald's. At Sand Hill North, he directs early-stage investments across the United States and manages limited partner positions in Canadian venture funds like Panache Ventures and Whitecap Venture Partners. He also advises emerging technology companies on fundraising and product strategy through accelerator programs such as Techstars.
