Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins is a venture capital executive based in the United Kingdom and a former Managing Partner at MassMutual Ventures. Before departing the firm in the second quarter of 2026, he oversaw a $300 million Europe and Asia Pacific fund, managing a portfolio of more than 30 startups including Qoala and H2Site. His venture investing career follows over a decade of public markets experience at Goldman Sachs and a multi-strategy hedge fund, as well as operational roles leading Asian expansion for data analytics startup Essentia Analytics. Additionally, Collins has held board director positions at technology companies such as Qure.ai, Aspire, and InDebted, alongside observer roles at Biofourmis and Lynk Global. He combines a technical academic foundation in computer science and cognitive neuroscience with a primary investment focus on financial technology, digital health, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
