Ryan Brogan

Ryan Brogan is an executive search professional at Riviera Partners, where he focuses on leadership placements for private equity-backed technology companies. Over a 15-year career, he has successfully completed more than 250 executive placements across artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, product, and engineering functions. Previously, he founded and directed two boutique retained search firms that partnered with large enterprise clients including WPP, Medidata, GroupM, and Comcast. Additionally, he built internal technology leadership teams for major media conglomerates Paramount Global and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as Material Bank. Alongside his primary recruiting career, he operates as an active early-stage investor with a venture portfolio comprising over 40 emerging startup companies. His current focus remains on sourcing chief technology officers and senior technical executives while continuing to allocate capital to new technology ventures across the broader software ecosystem.
