Ruth Foxe Blader

Ruth Foxe Blader is the Founder and Managing Partner of Foxe Capital, an early-stage venture firm. Launched in January 2024, her firm currently acts as a sub-advisor managing the deployment of an existing early-stage fund for Anthemis Group, where she previously spent nearly seven years as a Partner. Throughout her 15-year career, she has led investments in more than 50 financial technology startups and managed a portfolio of over 40 companies, backing notable ventures such as Lemonade and Flock. Before her tenure at Anthemis, she was a founding member of AllianzX at Allianz SE, directing digital innovation and corporate venture investments, and held earlier roles at PepsiCo. In 2022, she co-founded the inclusion initiative WVC:E alongside Sophie Winwood. Her investment strategy remains focused on early-stage fintech, insurtech, and technology-enabled business models within financial services.
