Rutendo Ruzvidzo

Rutendo Ruzvidzo is a Business Development professional in New Ventures at Southern Company, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining the energy provider in July 2023, she spent nearly three years as an Investor and Associate at ArcTern Ventures, where she evaluated various early-stage cleantech investment opportunities across the mobility and built environment sectors. Her earlier professional background includes a two-year tenure as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and nearly three years as a Research Analyst at the International Monetary Fund. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and she was featured in a 2020 MaRS Discovery District report on the cleantech gender gap. Ruzvidzo's current work focuses on advancing decarbonization strategies and sustainable energy innovation through strategic partnerships, technology investments, and corporate venture initiatives.
