Rusty Rueff is a startup advisor, board director, and angel investor based in Hillsborough, California. He previously spent seven years as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Electronic Arts and over a decade at PepsiCo, where he reached the position of Vice President of International Human Resources. Rueff also served as the Chief Executive Officer of SNOCAP until its 2008 acquisition by imeem and currently holds corporate board positions at venture-backed companies including Glassdoor. Beyond his corporate work, he is the former Chairman of The GRAMMY Foundation and was appointed to the Advisory Committee for the Arts at the Kennedy Center in 2014. Equipped with two degrees from Purdue University, Rueff currently focuses on guiding early-stage technology ventures, advising on talent strategy, and supporting philanthropic initiatives across the visual and performing arts.
