Russell Ng is a Pre-Seed Investor at Flash Ventures based in Singapore, Singapore. In his current role, he evaluates and executes early-stage investments across the software and services sectors, targeting emerging technology opportunities within Southeast Asia and broader global markets. Flash Ventures operates as an early-stage investment vehicle that maintains close historical ties to the prominent European startup incubator Rocket Internet. Following the organizational closure of Flash Ventures in 2024, several members of the core investment team subsequently transitioned to establish a new venture capital entity known as Lucid Ventures.
