Rupa Ganatra Popat

Rupa Ganatra Popat is the Founder and Managing Partner of Araya Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. Before launching her investment firm, she co-founded FUTR Group, a global trends and innovation events business that scaled across three continents before being acquired in 2019. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade in investment banking, holding roles in institutional equity sales at RBC Capital Markets and CIBC World Markets. As an active angel investor and venture capitalist, she has built a portfolio of over 30 early-stage technology companies, including investments in consumer and health brands such as Heights, Jude, and Vira Health. Her current focus centers on providing capital and strategic guidance to pre-seed and seed-stage founders building the next generation of health, wellness, and consumer technology platforms.
