Rui Falcão

Rui Falcão is the Chief Executive Officer of COREangels, an international angel investment organization that builds collaborative funding networks. He assumed the chief executive position after succeeding former CEO Cintia Mano, transitioning from his previous role as President of the Board to oversee the organization's expanding global operations. Prior to this executive appointment, Falcão gained extensive operational experience by holding concurrent leadership positions across multiple regional and sector-specific investment divisions, including COREangels Lisbon, COREangels Porto, and COREangels Food. He recently stepped down from these localized management roles to dedicate his full professional capacity to scaling the broader collaborative venture capital ecosystem and shaping the overarching corporate governance structure. Falcão currently focuses on expanding the global angel investment community by developing standardized frameworks that connect early-stage startup founders with structured syndicates of private angel investors.
