Rudina Seseri

Rudina Seseri is the Founder and Managing Partner at Glasswing Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Before launching the firm in 2016, she served as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development at Microsoft, where she led multiple acquisitions including Bungie Studios and Lionhead Studios, and previously worked as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse. Over her 20-year career in investing and corporate operations, Seseri has directed capital into numerous high-growth technology startups, securing notable portfolio exits such as CrowdTwist to Oracle and Navigant to Veritas. Her current portfolio includes board roles at companies like ChaosSearch, CloudTruth, and Inrupt, the enterprise web software company co-founded by Sir Tim Berners-Lee. She currently focuses her investment strategy on backing early-stage founders building AI-native enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity platforms.
