Ruchita Sinha

Ruchita Sinha is a General Partner at AV8 Ventures, where she leads the firm's healthcare investing practice. Previously, she served as the Head of Digital Health Investing at Sanofi Ventures and led investments and partnerships at GE Ventures, executing strategic deals that generated millions in upside for the corporation. Over her 17-year career in the life sciences sector, Sinha has built a portfolio of prominent biotech and digital health companies, backing startups such as Omada Health, Evidation Health, Click Therapeutics, and Inozyme. She began her professional career as a research scientist at Maxygen before transitioning to corporate strategy and business development roles at Pfizer and LEK Consulting. Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Sinha currently focuses on funding early-stage startups advancing AI-driven healthcare innovation.
