Ruchira Shukla

Ruchira Shukla is a Vice President at Prime Venture Partners based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Promoted to her current position in early 2024, she manages a portfolio of over 20 early-stage companies across the enterprise software, financial technology, and healthcare sectors. Her investment track record includes backing notable startups such as Whatfix and Tines, which achieved unicorn status in 2024. Recently, she led an investment in the AI insurtech startup Coverfox in October 2025 and presented on enterprise software trends at the TechSparks 2025 conference. Prior to joining Prime Venture Partners as a Principal in 2020, she worked as a Senior Manager in investment banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank and earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Shukla currently focuses on bridging traditional finance with innovative technology by funding seed and Series A founders.
