Roy Luo

Roy Luo is a General Partner at ICONIQ Growth based in Palo Alto, California. In his current leadership role, he leads enterprise software and fintech investment strategies, helping drive $1.6 billion in capital deployment across growth-stage rounds ranging from Series B to buyouts. His investment portfolio includes leading major funding rounds for prominent technology companies such as Figma, Ramp, and Canva. Additionally, he serves as a director on the corporate boards of several enterprise software organizations, including FloQast, NinjaOne, and Truckstop. Prior to joining ICONIQ, he worked as an investor at Technology Crossover Ventures, held various analytical and financial roles at Goldman Sachs, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics from Yale University. Luo currently focuses on building strategic partnerships with founders to scale enterprise software and financial technology platforms globally.
