Roy Learner

Roy Learner is a Partner at Framework Ventures, a crypto-native venture capital firm, and is based in Los Angeles, United States. In his current role, he focuses on early-stage cryptocurrency and blockchain investments, writing checks ranging from $250,000 to $40 million. Framework Ventures recently raised $400 million for its third fund and holds notable investments in prominent decentralized finance protocols such as Chainlink and Aave. Prior to joining his current firm, Learner was a founding team member at Wave Digital Assets from 2018 to 2020, where he helped deploy an actively managed liquid crypto fund.
