Roxanne Tully

Roxanne Tully is a Principal at Piva Capital based in San Francisco, California. She initially joined the venture capital firm as a summer associate in 2020 before advancing to an Investor role in 2021 and earning a promotion to her current Principal position on April 20, 2023. Working alongside Managing Partner Ricardo Angel and Co-Founding Partner Adzmel Adznan, she actively manages several high-potential investments across the energy, energy storage, transportation, cybersecurity, and nuclear sectors. Prior to entering the venture capital industry, Tully spent four years at the consumer energy equipment company BioLite. During her tenure there, she worked as a research and development engineer, building deep technical expertise in hardware product development and global supply chain operations. Her background combines engineering experience with venture investing to support emerging technologies driving sustainable and resilient industrial futures.
