Prior to entering the venture capital industry, she worked as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised corporate clients on various strategic initiatives. Shacham began her professional career in the legal sector, serving as a clerk for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court before joining the Israeli Bar Association. A qualified lawyer and veteran of Israel's elite intelligence Unit 8200, she holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a dual LL.B. in Economics and Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her current investment focus centers on identifying, funding, and scaling high-potential early-stage technology startups across the broader Israeli tech ecosystem.
