Rosie Wardle

Rosie Wardle is a Co-Founder and Partner at Synthesis Capital, a food technology and alternative protein venture capital firm based in London. Prior to launching this specialized fund, she served as an investor at CPT Capital, where she directed early-stage capital allocations across the rapidly growing alternative protein sector. She previously held strategic leadership roles at the FAIRR Initiative, a collaborative investor network representing over $70 trillion in combined assets, focusing on environmental and governance risks within the global food system. Wardle completed her foundational academic training with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts from the Courtauld Institute of Art at the University of London. Her current investment focus centers on deploying capital into transformative food technologies and scaling sustainable protein companies globally.
