Rose Davis

Rose Davis is an Associate at Firstminute Capital based in London, United Kingdom, where she focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support for early-stage technology startups. Promoted to her current position in the first quarter of 2025, she has contributed to investments in more than 20 portfolio companies out of the firm's €100 million fund, which is backed by limited partners including Mubadala Capital. Prior to joining Firstminute Capital, Davis gained experience through investment roles at prominent European venture firms Seedcamp and LocalGlobe. She holds a degree in Economics from University College London and recently co-authored industry research on climate technology investing in March 2025.
