Rosaleen Blair CBE currently serves as the Chairwoman of the London Stock Exchange Group’s Tech Advisory Board, based in London, England. She previously founded and successfully scaled Blenheim Chalcot, a venture builder and investor group that she grew to encompass over 20 companies with a combined portfolio value exceeding £500 million. Educated at the University of Cambridge, Blair has overseen notable technology startup exits including TreadUps and Infostocks while actively participating in various UK Government investment initiatives. Awarded a CBE in 2019 for her contributions to business and investment, she was recently featured in annual investor lists published by Forbes and the Financial Times. Additionally, she spoke on venture building at London Tech Week 2025, reflecting her current focus on advising digital innovation strategies and funding early-stage startups across the fintech, healthtech, and edtech sectors.
