Ronjon Nag is a serial entrepreneur and deep tech investor who recently stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of Celestial AI to pursue new ventures. Prior to his departure in 2023, he helped Celestial AI raise over $175 million in funding to develop advanced semiconductor technologies. Nag previously co-founded Graphcore, an artificial intelligence hardware company that reached a peak valuation of $2.8 billion before being acquired by SoftBank in 2024. His entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding the semiconductor firms Ensigma and XMOS, both of which were eventually acquired by larger industry players. He holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Cambridge, a master's degree from MIT Sloan, and recently served as a Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow. Nag currently focuses on bridging academic research and commercial applications within the enterprise software and semiconductor sectors.
