Roni Hefetz

Roni Hefetz is a Partner at Walden Catalyst Ventures based in Israel, where he directs early-stage deep technology investments across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He originally established Walden Israel in 1993, serving as a pioneer who helped build the Israeli venture capital ecosystem over the course of three decades. Before joining his current firm, Hefetz held leadership roles at Celesta and partnered with prominent technology executives like Lip-Bu Tan and Young Sohn to finance emerging startups. His extensive track record features multiple successful portfolio exits through strategic acquisitions and initial public offerings, which previously earned him the number one ranking on the Forbes Midas List for Israel in 2006.
