Roni Gur

Roni Gur is a Partner at Flori Ventures based in Tel Aviv, Israel. She joined the early-stage venture capital firm in early 2023 and recently helped close its $90 million Fund III in March 2024 to back women-led startups. At Flori Ventures, she oversees a portfolio of more than 20 companies, including investments in Next Insurance and Unit. Previously, Gur served as a Partner at Finistere Ventures from 2016 to 2022, where she managed over $100 million in investments, and held earlier roles at Gemini Israel Ventures and Giza Venture Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Reichman University, formerly known as IDC Herzliya. Her current focus centers on early-stage enterprise software, cybersecurity, and fintech investments while she actively advocates for female founders within the broader technology ecosystem.
