Ron Stern

Ron Stern is a General Partner and Head of Portfolio Management at OurCrowd, based in Israel. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has overseen more than 250 portfolio companies, nominated directors to over 100 boards, and participated in 400 financing rounds yielding more than 40 corporate exits and IPOs. Previously, he served as a Partner at Shamrock Holdings, where he established the firm's Israeli investment team and facilitated multiple initial public offerings. Stern also served as Chairman of Airobotics, guiding its Tel Aviv Stock Exchange IPO and subsequent January 2023 sale to Ondas Holdings, where he joined the board of directors in 2024. With over two decades of venture capital experience, his current focus centers on deploying $1 million to $15 million into seed and Series B artificial intelligence, financial technology, and marketing startups.
