Roman Scharf is a General Partner and Co-founder at the European venture capital firm 3VC. Before transitioning to institutional venture capital, he spent 25 years operating as a serial entrepreneur, founding five different companies across Europe and the United States. His technical and operational background includes a full decade spent working in Silicon Valley after initially learning to code at age sixteen in Salzburg, Austria.
