Romain Niccoli

Romain Niccoli is a General Partner at Elaia Partners based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2022, he co-founded the enterprise software unicorn LumApps and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Payfacile, a financial technology startup acquired by Mangopay. The École Centrale Paris engineering graduate has executed over 50 early-stage investments throughout his career and currently helps manage more than €400 million in active fund assets. His recent venture activity includes leading Elaia's participation in the 2024 seed funding round for the prominent artificial intelligence developer Mistral AI.
