Roland Turck

Dr. Roland Turck is the Managing Partner at TurckBio, a strategy advisory firm for biotech investors, and serves as a Mentor at Endless Frontier Labs. Previously, he was the President of Global Specialty Medicine at Bayer, where he orchestrated the launches of four major global brands, including Xofigo and Eylea, while managing profit and loss responsibilities up to $4 billion. He also served as President of Bayer Schering Pharma for Latin America, overseeing $1.5 billion in regional sales, and co-founded Formula Pharmaceuticals as its President and Chief Operating Officer. A medical doctor and ophthalmologist, Turck earned his medical degree from the University of Bonn and completed training at Northwestern University. He currently focuses on providing strategic biopharma guidance across oncology and rare diseases, while operating as a general partner in a pre-seed venture fund.
