Roksana Baleshzar

Roksana Baleshzar is the cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of TectoAI, an enterprise governance platform and human resources system designed specifically to manage artificial intelligence agents. Prior to launching the technology startup's flagship product in July 2025, she spent more than six years developing core software as a machine learning engineer at Google. During her extended tenure at the technology conglomerate, Baleshzar built and shipped advanced machine learning features for Gmail that successfully reached hundreds of millions of active global users. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and possesses deep technical expertise in managing complex real-time systems, handling strict data sensitivity requirements, and mitigating critical edge-case failures. Her current professional focus centers entirely on enabling the safe, reliable deployment of artificial intelligence at scale through specialized infrastructure tailored for modern digital workforces.
