Roi Carthy is a General Partner at Glilot Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. At Glilot, he manages over $200 million in assets across three funds and oversees a portfolio of more than 30 enterprise technology companies. His recent investment activity includes leading a $70 million Series C funding round for cloud security startup Torq in 2024 and joining the legal technology unicorn Ironclad as an advisor in 2025. Before transitioning to venture capital, Carthy co-founded and served as CEO of the behavior analytics platform Clicktale, which was later acquired by Contentsquare, and co-founded the customer marketing firm Optimove. He previously held early roles at Check Point Software and served in an Israel Defense Forces intelligence unit. His current focus centers on backing Israeli founders developing deep technology, cybersecurity, and B2B software solutions.
