Rohan Monga

Rohan Monga is an Investment Analyst at Luge Capital based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this role, he focuses on early-stage financial technology investments by sourcing new opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing deals, and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Luge Capital, he gained venture capital experience at iGan Partners and held product analytics and management roles at Affirm and Mattermost, a 2012 Y-Combinator alumni company. His earlier career includes positions in product growth at Loblaw Digital and digital strategy at CIBC, complementing his 2023 graduation with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. During his undergraduate studies, he also co-founded the university's official varsity rowing program. Today, Monga leverages his diverse background in product development and systems engineering to evaluate and scale emerging early-stage fintech startups.
