Rohan Misra

Rohan Misra is the founder and managing partner of Gravity Holdings, an independent growth-stage venture capital fund focused on the Indian market. Prior to establishing his own investment vehicle, he spent four consecutive years serving as a member of the investment team at the global venture capital firm TCV. He is also recognized as the son of Rajeev Misra, the former chief executive officer of the SoftBank Vision Fund. Through Gravity Holdings, Misra successfully raised a $150 million fund backed by domestic family offices, startup founders, and senior corporate executives. The firm subsequently executed its maiden transaction by participating directly in a $140 million funding round for the enterprise human resources technology platform Darwinbox. His current professional focus centers on deploying this capital to provide strategic expertise and leverage network effects for scaling emerging technology enterprises.
