Rogério Gollo

Rogério Gollo is currently a Partner at Yamas Investments, a private equity firm operating out of São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to his current investment role, he built a multi-decade career in corporate finance and management consulting, originally joining PwC in 1987. During his extensive tenure at PwC, he advanced to the position of Partner, where he specialized in executing complex mergers and acquisitions for corporate clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy from Ohio University, providing an academic foundation for his corporate advisory work. His professional transaction experience spans a diverse range of global industries, with a particular emphasis on the technology, telecommunications, energy, and corporate services sectors. Gollo currently focuses on leveraging his extensive M&A background to source, evaluate, and manage middle-market private equity investments for Yamas Investments.
