Roger Zhang

Roger Zhang is a Partner of Transaction Services within the PwC Deals advisory practice at PwC China, currently based in the South China region. With over 14 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, he has successfully advised on more than 400 distinct transactions for diverse corporate and institutional investors. Prior to assuming his current leadership position, Zhang spent three years working as an accounting professional in the Audit and Assurance Department at PwC. He holds professional memberships with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia, and he previously received the Best M&A Advisor Award from the China M&A Association in 2018. His current focus centers on executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, valuation, and comprehensive deal support across the telecommunications, technology, real estate, logistics, and healthcare sectors.
