Roger Larach

Roger Larach is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of R2, a financial technology enterprise backed by the prominent startup accelerator Y Combinator. Before establishing this venture, he served as an executive at the Latin American neobank Ualá, where he was directly responsible for launching and scaling the institution's operations throughout the Mexican market. Earlier in his professional career, Larach worked extensively as an investment banker, specializing in complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions across multiple Latin American jurisdictions. He guided R2 through the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch, securing institutional support to build out the company's embedded finance infrastructure for regional small and medium-sized businesses. Larach currently leverages his dual background in traditional corporate finance and consumer fintech to advance digital banking accessibility and financial infrastructure throughout the broader Latin American region.
