Rodrigo Wertheim

Rodrigo Wertheim is an investment team member at EXT Capital, where he focuses on executing venture capital investments and evaluating emerging early-stage startups. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has specialized in interfacing directly with prospective entrepreneurs and managing strategic relationships across the firm's active portfolio companies. Prior to beginning his current venture capital role, he completed his undergraduate education by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas. During his academic tenure, he also studied international business administration and corporate management at Università Bocconi to further develop his foundational financial expertise. This educational background provided him with a strong analytical framework for assessing complex business models. Wertheim currently leverages his training and institutional investment experience to identify new market opportunities and support the growth trajectories of venture-backed technology companies.
