Rodrigo Maria Barradas Ferreira is currently a Managing Partner at Horizon Capital Ventures based in Lisbon, Portugal. Previously, he served as a Director of Product Management at Google, where he directly oversaw a portfolio of enterprise cloud solutions generating $150 million in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in his professional career, Ferreira spent four years working as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He subsequently completed his Master of Business Administration degree at Stanford University before transitioning into venture capital. Over the past decade, he has led seed and Series A funding rounds for more than twenty early-stage software companies, deploying approximately $50 million in capital across the broader European technology ecosystem. His current focus centers on identifying and scaling artificial intelligence and enterprise software startups operating within the European Union.
