Rodolfo Elias Dieck

Rodolfo Elias Dieck is the Managing Director at Proeza Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, and is based in Houston, Texas. Over his 15-year career in finance and venture capital, he has advised on mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $6.5 billion and deployed over $40 million across more than 30 early-stage companies. Before joining Proeza Ventures, Dieck served as the Chief Investment Officer at Promotora Social Mexico and directed mergers and acquisitions for regional financial firms. His earlier corporate finance experience includes roles as a Vice President at BBVA Bancomer and a Senior Associate in the technology group at Credit Suisse, following his undergraduate studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He currently focuses on sourcing and managing early-stage investments across the broader mobility sector, specifically targeting industrial technology, smart components, new vehicles, and digital data services.
