Rodger Berman

Rodger Berman is the Managing Partner at Rachel Zoe Ventures and co-CEO of Rachel Zoe Incorporated, based in West Hollywood, California. He spent eight years as an investment banker before transitioning to entrepreneurship, having earned undergraduate and graduate business degrees from George Washington University. Berman previously cofounded Recognition Media, the producer of the Webby Awards, and built multiple companies that achieved successful exits, including Sweeps Club and The Zoe Report. Alongside fashion authority Rachel Zoe, he directs venture capital investments targeting seed and Series A consumer brands with check sizes ranging from one hundred thousand to five million dollars. He also cofounded the luxury membership platform CURATEUR and serves on several startup advisory boards. Berman focuses on bridging early stage retail, media, and consumer health startups with strategic capital across the broader Southern California market.
