Roberto Vitón

Roberto Vitón is the Managing Director at The Yield Lab LATAM and the Founder and Managing Director of Valoral Advisors, currently based in Luxembourg. Since establishing the firm Valoral Advisors in 2010, he has advised on more than $500 million in food and agriculture investment transactions across the Latin American region. At The Yield Lab LATAM, he recently helped oversee the successful close of a $50 million Opportunity Fund dedicated to scaling regional AgriFoodTech startups. In addition to his institutional venture capital and advisory roles, he actively manages a family-owned farming enterprise in South America and has been featured by AgFunder and the Global Environment Facility. His current focus centers on deploying early-stage capital across the agricultural supply chain to advance food security, crop production, and sustainability initiatives throughout the broader Latin American market.
