Roberto Saint-Malo is the Managing Partner at BAMCAP VC and an Advisor at Adara Ventures. He holds a computer science degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University, beginning his early career at McKinsey before serving as CEO of Jumbo Comercial until its 1995 acquisition by Auchan. Transitioning to the venture capital sector, he founded Adara Ventures in 2002 and has spent over 25 years investing across the United States, Europe, Israel, and Latin America. His investment track record includes leading the Series A funding round for Corephotonics, which was successfully acquired by Samsung in 2018, as well as sourcing deals for Affera and Lexington Medical. Today, Saint-Malo focuses his investments on deep tech, artificial intelligence, and digital health startups while maintaining active involvement with the World Economic Forum and the Young Presidents' Organization.
