Roberto Magnifico

Roberto Magnifico is a Partner and Board Member at LVenture Group, a publicly listed venture capital holding company based in Rome, Italy. His career in corporate finance and international financial markets began in the mid-1980s, including working as an analyst for a Lehman Brothers venture capital fund. In 2005, he founded the consulting firm Business Value SRL, and later established Netlex SRL in 2012, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Magnifico has held multiple board positions, serving as a Director at ZEST SpA since 2012 and previously sitting on the board of Soundreef SpA until 2021. He also mentors digital startups at the LUISS EnLabs accelerator and formerly chaired the Angel Partner Group before its 2019 merger with Italian Angels Group. Today, his primary focus remains on venture capital investing, startup acceleration, and corporate finance.
