Roberto Arbe

Roberto Arbe is an Analyst at AVP Ventures, where he evaluates and pursues investment opportunities for early-stage startups across Latin America. Prior to his current position in venture capital, he served as the Strategic Finance Lead at Clara, gaining extensive operational experience in financial strategy and corporate investment analysis across diverse sectors. In his current capacity, Arbe focuses on sourcing deals within the regional technology ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on human resources technology and employee engagement solutions. He recently led the initial outreach and investment process for Slik, an HR software startup with clients operating across the Latin American region, backed by the 500 LatAm accelerator alongside the Chile-based venture capital fund Vulcano. Arbe leverages his background in strategic finance to identify and support emerging technology companies scaling throughout the broader Latin American market.
