Robert Wuttke

Robert Wuttke is a Founding Partner at both 10x Founders and FLEX Capital, currently based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. His early technology career included serving as Managing Director for the DACH region at Lycos Europe, which completed its initial public offering in 2000, and working as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Benchmark Capital in Silicon Valley. He subsequently spent ten years operating as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the international online dating platform be2. Transitioning into venture capital and private equity, Wuttke has backed more than 150 startups through 10x Group and personally sourced approximately 60 angel investment deals during his time in the United States. His current professional focus centers on early-stage technology investing across Europe and the United States, alongside funding high-growth software companies within the German Mittelstand ecosystem.
